Choose to close the canopy for privacy, enjoy partial shade, or retract it to allow that magnificent Barbados sunshine to stream in. Sunbeds and lounge chairs line the pool, for reading, relaxing or resting.
Within the spacious gardens is a covered pavilion for alfresco dining.
Villa Windfall has 5 ensuite bedrooms, consisting of 3 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. This is family-friendly luxury at its finest. Children are very welcome at this villa, making it the ideal location to create treasured family memories.
The charming interiors feature cozy furnishings that will help guests feel right at home. The property includes a media room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, main living space and multiple alfresco lounges. The living area and bedrooms all have air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout. Not one, but two master suites occupy the upper level, with a cocktail lounge and wet bar also offering spectacular ocean views.
As part of Villa Windfall’s rental rate, up to 10 guests will enjoy access to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club. That includes a beach attendant with personal use of beach chairs and umbrellas. There is also a convenient 10% discount on food and beverages.
The villa’s beauty is enhanced by the incredible staff who manage and maintain the property. Included in the rental rate is a chef, who will prepare 2 consecutive meals per day for 6 days per week. The ever-helpful housekeeper also services Villa Windall 6 days per week.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
