The ground floor of St. Helena encompasses two inviting sitting rooms that lead out to a covered dining patio, offering enchanting views of the garden and the sea beyond. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms provide comfortable retreats, while an alfresco dining area and a pool deck with bar entertaining areas invite relaxation. The pool deck, adorned with fountains crafted from the island’s natural coral stone, offers a perfect blend of sheltered comfort and tropical ambiance.
Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom adorned with a luxurious canopied bed and a private sitting room/study named the “Napoleon Room”. Each upstairs room opens onto a breathtaking semi-circular verandah, complete with a bar and a tranquil lounge area. From here, guests can soak in the picturesque views of lush tropical gardens and the serene Caribbean Sea.
St. Helena boasts excellent swimming opportunities right in front of the property, with an alfresco dining gazebo nestled in the gardens between the house and the beach. All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
