She made it so easy and her staff as well as the Villa staff made a panicked situation so much more calm and enjoyable. "I recently booked a private villa (Tom Tom) on Barbados through Luxury Villas. I chose Luxury Villas because of their presence on the island, hoping that if any issues arose they could be much more readily addressed by a local agent. Owner, Monique, was extremely helpful, even sending a recent video of the villa to confirm its pristine condition. However, the real star was Gabrielle (Gabby), who, as our concierge, was our point of contact. In the weeks prior to our much-anticipated trip, she initiated conversations about services available, sights to see, menu-planning (a private chef and housekeeper staffed the villa), customs/entry protocol and basically everything we needed to know before leaving. Upon arrival in Barbados, she greeted us at the villa and after providing a brief tour, left us to enjoy the Bajan vibes. During our stay, she was just as proactive; checking in to insure that all was going well, making welcome recommendations and quickly resolving some minor issues (lamp out, use of the room safe). As we know, surprises during a vacation are generally unwelcome! Our trip proceeded exactly as Monique and Gabby promised, with the only surprise being the extent of the excellent service they provided. Above and beyond! There is no question that I give Luxury Villas my highest recommendation."
