Porters Place is a gated community with an entry gate system with 24hr recorded CCTV footage and fully equipped gym onsite. Not only a luxurious and comfortable Barbados holiday home, but The White House is also practical and sustainable, harnessing collection tanks for rainwater and solar heating and electricity.
Holetown is a short walk or drive away and offers shopping at Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, dining options on 2nd Street, shopping and a cafe at the Chattel Village, as well as the main supermarket, banks and petrol stations. Also nearby, guests can find low key eateries such as Ju Ju’s Beach Bar or more upscale cuisine at Lonestar Restaurant.
A very short walk from The White House is the gorgeous Colony Club which is perfect for swimming and setting up for the day.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
