2 of the bedrooms are master suites on the upper level with private terraces overlooking the grounds and golf course. All 7 bedrooms are king-sized with air conditioning and ensuites. Villa Aama accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for a group of friends on vacation, or a large family gathering.
Living space abounds at Villa Aama. Indoors, there is a formal dining room, family room and media room. Outdoors, the large pool is surrounded by a patio that includes sun lounges and umbrellas. There is also a covered terrace, inviting alfresco dining area, an outdoor fitness space and covered patio with swinging day beds.
Guests are sure to appreciate the privacy of Villa Aama, without sacrificing convenient access to West Coast restaurants, shopping and watersports.
When staying at Villa Aama, guests are treated to a private cabana at Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club with refreshments available.
A full complement of staff at the villa will cater to every need. There are housekeeping services 5 days per week, while gardens and the spectacular pool are maintained as needed to keep them in stellar shape.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
