On the upper level, the Master Suite and a guest en suite bedroom boast picturesque views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet and a shared patio, offering king beds and the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning.
The main patio hosts a covered outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests and an additional seating area perfect for relaxation. Adjacent to the main patio is the infinity edge pool deck with an outdoor shower.
A fully self-contained detached guest cottage, located off the pool deck, houses the remaining two twin en suite bedrooms. These bedrooms can be converted into king beds and offer a kitchenette, lounge area with Plasma TV and DVD player, and other essential amenities.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
