The friendly and attentive staff are dedicated to making your stay truly unforgettable and the grounds itself is perfect for yoga and wellness retreats accommodating up to 30 guests.
An open courtyard with fishpond and a spacious living and dining area open up to breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms sit in charming self-contained cottages within the garden, while two of the bedrooms reside in the main house. There is WiFi throughout.
A private swimming pool, tennis court with lights for night-time play, and a dining gazebo for al fresco meals are just a bit of what Heronetta has to offer. The villa has direct access to the private Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club, which offers complimentary loungers, umbrellas, a restaurant & bar, changing facilities, parking, bathrooms, on-site concierge and watersports.
For golf enthusiasts, the property is a short five-minute drive from the Country Club Golf Course at Sandy Lane.
The villa has a full complement of staff, including a cook, housekeeper, maid, laundress, two gardeners, and security guards.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
