Sanzaru comprises 11 bedrooms across the main house and a guest cottage. The main house boasts nine opulent en suite bedrooms, each with stunning garden or sea views. The expansive master suite features a luxurious four-poster king bed, his and hers walk-in closets, and a spacious private balcony. The Italian marble bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub overlooking the lush garden.
The remaining eight bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across four wings, making it ideal for multi-family stays. A secondary master suite includes a king bedroom with an adjoining twin room and lounge area, perfect for children.
Separate from the main house, the well-appointed guest cottage offers two en suite bedrooms along with a private kitchen and living space.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
