Emerald Beach 3, Ixoria is one of six luxurious villas which are nestled on Gibbes Bay in Barbados. These holiday villas are surrounded by over an acre of meticulously landscaped gardens.
Each Emerald Beach villa boasts three generously spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with two bedrooms located on the upper level and one bedroom situated on the ground floor. Each en suite bedroom comes complete with a private patio offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and ceiling fans are thoughtfully placed throughout.
As an additional amenity, residents can enjoy exclusive access to superb beach and swimming facilities, along with a sizeable saltwater pool.
The Local, The Orange Street Grocer and Sea Shed are all restaurants highly recommended to dine at and within 10 minutes drive from Gibbes Bay on the West coast of Barbados.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
