Seascape is a newly renovated four bedroom Barbados beachfront villa on Gibbes Beach. The villa offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and magnificent sunsets from the comfort of the villa.
Renovations to bathrooms in all rooms, featuring walk-in showers, as well as a new outdoor shower, furnishings and decor. The bedroom above the fully air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each have a private balcony that overlooks the ocean. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor while one bedroom sits on the ground floor for easy accessibility.
This Barbados holiday villa comes with dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay including a Cook, Housekeeper and Laundress. Guests have direct beach access via convenient steps from the villa. Gibbes Beach is a gorgeous strip of fine white sand and crystal clear seas, perfect for leisurely strolls at any time of the day. Seascape offers multiple seating areas, a spacious dining room, and a terrace leading to Gibbes Beach, ideal for water sports and beach activities.
Restaurants close by include Sea Shed, Larry Warren at Mullins Bay as well as The Orange Street Grocer and the Local in Speightstown.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
