Enjoy leisurely days in the garden with al fresco dining options available in one of the two gazebos, one of which also boasts a luxurious hot tub. For wellness enthusiasts, there is an exercise room and a dedicated massage room to ensure your utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. Each bedroom is en suite, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The media room, complete with games, provides an ideal space for entertainment.
As a guest of Sandy Lane House, you will have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club, located just a 2-minute walk from the villa. This premier facility offers daily setup of loungers and umbrellas, beach butler service, an on-site restaurant and bar with covered lounge, washrooms, changing rooms, parking, as well as watersports and tennis (for a fee).
Located on South Road, you are just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant amenities of Holetown, ensuring that you are well-positioned to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions. The staff at the villa will cater to every need. There are housekeeping and laundress services 6 days per week, while gardens and the spectacular pool are maintained as needed to keep them in stellar shape. If you require a butler, cook or chef, concierge can arrange this service at an additional cost.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
