The villa’s split-level design makes excellent use of its elevated position. The main living and dining area is bright and airy, with high tray ceilings and double doors opening onto a covered terrace. Cooling breezes flow naturally through the space, while the terrace provides a lovely setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen is conveniently positioned just behind the main living area.
Three air-conditioned en suite bedrooms are arranged across two levels, giving guests plenty of privacy. The generous primary suite is located on the lower level and features a king bed, television, and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. Doors lead directly onto a sun terrace overlooking the gardens and pond.
The second bedroom is also on the lower level and can be configured with twin beds or as a king, making it particularly flexible for families or couples travelling together. It opens onto a private covered terrace that connects with the main sun terrace. The third bedroom, located on the entrance level, features a queen bed and provides another comfortable retreat.
Beyond the villa, guests can enjoy the extensive facilities of Royal Westmoreland, including communal swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, clubhouse, restaurant and bar. Golf enthusiasts are also perfectly positioned to enjoy the resort’s renowned 18-hole championship course.
Thoughtful extras including a Nespresso coffee machine and Sonos sound system add to the comfort of the stay, while housekeeping is provided three days per week.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
