The well-appointed kitchen seamlessly connects to the living room, where you can relax with satellite TV, videos, or music. The living room sofa transforms into an extra bed for one, and the adjacent covered dining terrace offers serene Caribbean Sea views.
The en suite master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and walk-in closet and has marble accents in the bathroom along with a corner bathtub, a separate shower, and double vanity. There is also a small terrace with garden, beach, and sea views. The second floor hosts a private roof deck with tropical flora. A new second bedroom with a queen-size bed and sunset views has been added. The covered dining area with a wet bar leads to a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and a private spa pool. Penthouse No. 13 can be rented alongside Penthouse No. 14 for larger groups as they have interconnecting doors.
Reeds House is an intimate beachfront development between the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club and Cobblers Cove Hotel. Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses, tennis clubs, wellness spas, exquisite dining, and bars are only a 5 to 10-minute drive away. All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
