**Effective May 1st, 2026 Royal Westmoreland Resort will charge a fee of BBD $20 per person, per day to all guests staying on the resort, for use of the amenities. Payable directly to Royal Westmoreland on collection of resort passes. Guests may opt not to use the facilities and save this fee or, pay and have access however, choosing select days only is not an option. Fees will be charged to all guests already on property at May 1st, 2026 or arriving May 1st, 2026 onward and includes bookings made prior to this date.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
