From its elevated position, the apartment enjoys lovely views across the pool and out to the Caribbean Sea, creating a relaxed and inviting setting for a West Coast holiday. With accommodation for up to five guests using the existing bedding, it is well suited to families or friends travelling together, and outside of the Christmas and New Year period it may also be rented as a spacious one bedroom deluxe option.
The apartment is bright and comfortable, with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy holiday living. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern appliances and a breakfast bar, making it ideal for casual meals or relaxed mornings at home. The living area is air conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, and opens directly onto a generous double balcony where ceiling fans and outdoor seating create the perfect space for al fresco dining or evening drinks while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The master bedroom features a king bed and enjoys direct access to the shared balcony, allowing sea views and fresh air to flow through the space. It includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity. The second bedroom is fitted with three twin beds and looks toward the Fairmont Beach Club through French doors. It is also air conditioned and cooled by a ceiling fan, with a second bathroom located conveniently off the hallway and finished with a rain shower and single vanity.

Holetown is only a five minute drive away and offers supermarkets, shopping, dining, and everyday amenities, while Speightstown lies around ten minutes to the north with its laid back mix of local eateries, beach bars, and shops.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
