The South Cottage, just a minute from Alleyne’s Bay, is a sleek, stylish private oasis. This luxury villa can be rented alone or with the main Footprints residence. The courtyard features an infinity-edge pool, greenery, and plush lounge furniture.
Guests enjoy the covered dining area for meals. The main living area, accessible from the courtyard, boasts contemporary décor and a relaxing atmosphere with an abundance of white. The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and an island.
The cottage has three bedrooms: a master with a king-sized bed, workspace, ensuite bathroom, and courtyard/pool views; a second bedroom with twin beds; and a third bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and pool view.
The professional and friendly staff cater to all your needs. Enjoy a mimosa at your villa or walk to Alleyne’s Bay for a sunset view. Nearby, Ju Ju’s Beach Bar offers casual dining, and Lone Star Restaurant provides fine dining.
For larger groups Footprints (8 bed) is a great option. Footprints can also be rented as a 5 bedroom vacation rental option. We also offer the option of booking both Footprints North Cottage and Footprints South Cottage for a combined 6 bedroom vacation rental.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
