Emerald Beach 5, Aspicia is one of six luxury villas is situated on Gibbs Bay, each thoughtfully positioned within over an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens.
Every villa consists of three generously spacious air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are situated on the upper level, while the remaining one is on the ground floor. Each bedroom boasts its own private patio, offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Smart televisions are provided in all bedrooms, and mosquito screens adorn every window, including those in the bathrooms.
Furthermore, residents can take advantage of top-notch beach and swimming facilities, along with access to a sizeable saltwater pool exclusively reserved for their use.
The Local, The Orange Street Grocer and Sea Shed are all restaurants highly recommended to dine at and within 10 minutes drive from Gibbes Bay on the West coast of Barbados.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
