What does the rental rate include?
- 50-ft swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, flood-lit basketball/volleyball/badminton court, 1920s billiards table, outdoor shuffleboard and ping pong

Food & Beverages Daily Charge
- Daily charge of $150 USD, per guest over the age of 10, for all food, non-alcoholic beverages and house-selection alcoholic beverages (excluding government tax)
- Daily charge of $80 USD per guest under the age of 10 (excluding government tax)
**Includes: All gourmet meals and snacks tailored to your preferences. A menu specialized to the dietary needs of your guests: brunch options and dinner with two main dishes, two side dishes, fresh bread, and dessert, all homemade! Grocery shopping. Mixologist.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
