With three bedrooms in the main house and two in a detached cottage, accessed to the left of the main villa entrance, guests enjoy ample space and seclusion.
The villa boasts breathtaking sea views from the entire first floor, which features an open-plan kitchen recently renovated, a spacious living room, media room, and outdoor dining and lounge areas overlooking the pool and gardens.
On the ground floor, three en suite bedrooms feature grand French doors leading out to the pool area. The Master bedroom and 1st Guest Bedroom offer King size beds, while the remaining bedroom provides Twin beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5, located in the Guest Cottage, offer two beds each, with one convertible into a king. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, with the Master bathroom offering both a shower and tub.
For entertainment, head to the Games Room located in the basement, equipped with a pool table and table tennis for endless fun and relaxation.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
