Anchorage is a charming single-story Sandy Lane Estate villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens in Barbados’ opulent community. The property is conveniently close to the Sandy Lane Hotel and the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club.
At the Beach Club, guests have access to the club’s amenities including daily set up of loungers & umbrellas, beach butler service, an on site restaurant and bar, washrooms, changing rooms, parking and water sports.
Anchorage has three air-conditioned bedrooms. The en suite master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer twin beds (convertible to kings). The master en suite has a double basin and a spacious shower, bedroom 2 has a full bathroom across the hallway, while bedroom 3 is ensuite with a bath/shower.
The villa features open-plan living spaces with high-quality furnishings and a blend of traditional Barbadian mahogany furniture, coral stone, and contemporary bamboo for a modern Caribbean ambiance. The spacious vaulted living area opens to a terrace with pool and garden views, perfect for relaxation. A dedicated housekeeper/cook is available six days a week and will prepare breakfast, light lunches, and other meals by arrangement only, as well as laundering of personal items, to ensure a fully relaxed Barbados holiday.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
