The main villa features a king-size “Tempur” four-poster bed in the master suite, while the open-plan living and dining room opens onto a covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. A separate self-contained two-bedroom cottage provides privacy for additional guests.
Guests can relax by the Japanese mosaic pool and plunge pool, with two gazebos offering amenities like a bar and bathroom facilities. The beautiful Sandy Lane beach is just a short drive away, and Moon Dance guests enjoy membership to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility. The entire residence is child-friendly, welcoming children under 6 with proper supervision.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
