Wild Cane Ridge 2 is a magnificent three-story colonial-style Barbados holiday villa that is nestled within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Resort. The villa offers captivating Caribbean Sea views for an unforgettable retreat. With tasteful mahogany furnishings and a grand entrance adorned with high ceilings and marble floors, this sanctuary exudes elegance.
The upper level offers two identical en suite cottages, each featuring king-size beds, spacious closets, and private balconies with garden views. On the second level, two en suite master bedrooms boast private terraces with golf course and sunset views. Additionally, an entertainment room with a flatscreen TV awaits on this floor.
The lower level opens onto a spacious deck with BBQ facilities and an infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers. Two more en suite bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen complement this level. Exclusive amenities include beach access at Mullins Beach, a private gym, a communal pool, and more. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away, offering shopping, dining, and beach access.
Wild Cane Ridge 2 also grants guests full golf access, allowing up to 4 rounds per year on the 18-hole championship course. All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
