Relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings emulated by stunning West Coast sunsets. The friendly and attentive team of staff at Point of View will welcome you with a refreshing cold towel and homemade rum punch. There is a grand living room and bar, verdant gardens, an inviting pool deck and stunning ocean views.
Enjoy a variety of culinary experiences at Point of View, with two exceptional dining options; the formal dining area to the East and the more casual setting to the West. There are also two large swimming pools and a private gazebo seating four as well as a spacious sundeck complete with comfortable loungers on the northern side of the pool.
There are five beautifully designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The main house has three bedrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms are located in private self-contained cottages. In addition, the TV room with cozy day loungers is air-conditioned.
As a bonus, Point of View guests have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club which includes the use of loungers and shady umbrellas, on-site restaurant & bar, beach butler service, parking, on site concierge, watersports, changing rooms and washrooms.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
