The furniture is in precious wood, with sublime Indian and Oriental art pieces and paintings, and luxurious fabrics all in a palette of red and bronze. This amazing main space is connected to a shaded outdoor living space decorated in a Thailand style with large sofas and stylish cushions with fragrant plants mixed in for additional privacy.

The large kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, has a central island and a large bar to share moments of conviviality. A dining table with comfortable chairs and a fully equipped outside baking facility.

Five bedrooms are on the main level : With king beds And two singles.

The Lowlands is the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
