The development features beautifully kept gardens, two communal pools with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, beach chairs set out daily, two floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, round the clock security and convenient access to The Fairmont Hotel through a side gate, where you can enjoy their bars and restaurants.
Holetown is just a seven minute drive away and offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping at Limegrove, a supermarket and essential services such as banks, a post office, a library and a petrol station.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
