With housekeeping included, a dedicated villa manager, and 24-hour security, your stay is both seamless and relaxing. Guests also enjoy the estate’s communal pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, and an 18-hole championship golf course.
Upon entering the villa, Bedroom 3 sits just to the right, while the master suaite and second bedroom are located downstairs. Straight ahead, the open-plan living and dining area welcomes you with high tray ceilings, cooling breezes, and double doors leading onto a covered terrace. From this upper level, you can admire lovely views of the gardens, tranquil pond, and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The kitchen is tucked just behind the living area and is fully equipped for easy meal prep throughout your stay.
All three bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and feature en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. The master suite on the ground floor offers a king-sized bed, tub and shower, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and direct access to a sun terrace overlooking the peaceful pond and lush landscaping. The second bedroom also lies on this level, with twin beds (convertible to a king), an en-suite shower, and its own recessed terrace, which connects to the master terrace. The third bedroom, located upstairs, includes a queen-sized bed and comfortable accommodations for additional guests.
Guests staying with Social Membership have access to the gym, communal pool, tennis courts, and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club. Houseguest registration at the Club House is required. Golf is available at guest rates, with tee times between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Additional conveniences include housekeeping three days per week, a Nespresso machine, a Sonos sound system, private sun terraces, and a strictly non-smoking environment.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
