The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and accented with ceiling fans, comfy sofas, and a flat screen entertainment system, which is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. The living area opens onto a covered balcony with views over the tropical gardens and shimmering resort pool. With outdoor lounge seating and a dining table, the balcony is ideal for al fresco family dinners or a quiet sunset drink. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is well-suited for casual meals, with pre-stocking available upon request.
Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
