The property offers four en suite bedrooms in the main house, as well as a one-bedroom self-contained guest cottage.
The spacious living and dining area at Blue Waters flows seamlessly onto an inviting covered patio, overlooking the infinity-edge swimming pool and lush private gardens. This is the perfect spot for al fresco dining or cocktails while you enjoy the stunning sunset. The dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Loungers and umbrellas align the pool allowing for total relaxation. In addition, the charming gazebo, complete with a wet bar, is conveniently situated at the far end of the pool area, just opposite the guest cottage.
The ground level of this Barbados villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and one of the villa’s four suites, which boasts views of the beautifully manicured gardens. The remaining three en suite bedrooms on the upper level are tastefully decorated and share views of the Caribbean Sea. A spacious terrace adjoins these three bedrooms and offers breathtaking sea views of the Platinum coast of Barbados.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
