Stepping into Villa Rosa, you’re greeted by a traditional coral stone hallway leading to the awe-inspiring double-height dining area adorned with a majestic wrap-around stone staircase and shuttered gallery above. The gallery shutters and windows can be opened to welcome in refreshing Eastern breezes and ample natural light. Beyond the dining area lies the main sitting room, with doors on three sides opening to the covered terrace, ideal for alfresco dining and lounging. **Villa Rosa offers full golf privileges, allowing each guest to purchase four rounds of golf per year. Guests can tee off on the 18-hole championship golf course between 8:10 AM and 11:50 AM and from 1:10 PM to 4:30 PM, Sunday to Friday.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
