Paynes Bay Beach is one of the best on the island, with pristine sands, as well as snorkeling and jet skiing in clear turquoise waters. At Paynes Bay, there’s even a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to swim with sea turtles. At low tide, guests can walk along the beachfront to the exclusive Sandy Lane Hotel and its stunning beach.
A personal housekeeper, Ollie, will facilitate one of the most relaxing and family-friendly experiences possible. Ollie cooks scrumptious breakfasts and lunches, so guests will only need to venture out to restaurants for evening meals (or enjoy the villa’s open-plan kitchen to themselves). Authentic beach bars and popular restaurants are just a short walk away.
Meanwhile, guests will feel secure knowing this private complex is gated, and only accessible via intercom to a private security team. The development has convenient and secure private parking, and also employs a night watchman.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
