COMING SOON: Glitter Bay 301, also known as The Lighthouse, is a stunning three bedroom split level apartment set across the third and fourth floors of the first block at Glitter Bay. This elevated position gives the home uninterrupted ocean views from every balcony, creating a true West Coast island escape. The apartment sleeps six with the existing bedding and offers a bright, breezy layout ideal for both families and couples.
The resort’s lush grounds include a large communal pool with a separate wading area, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, beach attendant and towel service, a daytime snack bar, two floodlit tennis courts, table tennis and round the clock security. A short walk along the beach brings you to the Fairmont Beach Club, Ju-Ju’s and Lonestar. Holetown is only five minutes away by car, with its lively mix of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping at Limegrove, a supermarket, banks and everyday conveniences. Speightstown is a ten minute drive in the opposite direction and offers a relaxed selection of beachfront cafés, local eateries and small shops.
On the lower level, the main bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a wall mounted television. It opens onto a semi private balcony that feels calm and secluded. The ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower and a double granite vanity.
The upper floor holds the remaining two bedrooms. Each has air conditioning, ceiling fans, private balconies and king beds that can be separated into twins if needed. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and granite vanities.
The open plan living and kitchen area is comfortable and filled with natural light, with windows facing the Fairmont Beach Club. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a wall mounted television with internet channels and opens onto a balcony set up for al fresco dining. Ceiling fans keep the space cool while you enjoy the sound of the waves and the ocean views.

All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
