Inside the apartment, both master bedrooms feature king beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms with wet room style showers, rain showerheads, and double vanities. One master opens directly onto the main patio, while the other has French doors overlooking the Fairmont grounds. The third bedroom includes a king bed and a twin bed, along with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and French doors with similar views. The open plan living and kitchen area is bright and inviting, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. All deposit amounts paid are non-refundable. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the rental.
For Winter & Summer cancellation, 59 days or less prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the rental.
For Christmas bookings, the deposit and balance payments are non refundable
In the event of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit is forfeited if the balance of the rental is not paid by the Client on or before the due date as per the balance invoice. The rental must be canceled within the time periods noted above in order to recover the balance of rent otherwise full rent will be forfeited, unless the house is re-rented for that time. In the case of Christmas rentals, the rent is Non-Refundable.
